Family members enjoy full rights to live, study, work in Portugal. Family members are issued residence permit under the same conditions for main investor ARI permit.
Family members, who are legally resident in Portugal, can file Portuguese citizenship after 5 years (must spend 14 days per year). Once they become citizens, they will get to have full rights to live, work, and study anywhere else in the EU member state.
The criteria for inclusion of family members greatly vary with GV programs in Spain, Greece, Hungary etc..
