Approved Public Benefit Option
Located in Basseterre, the Prime Creative Arts Centre is the flagship initiative of Prime Developments an approved PBO project under the CBI programme, designed to become a cultural cornerstone of Saint Kitts. The project aims to build a multifunctional center located in the vicinity of Basseterre, in the island state of St. Kitts and Nevis. Under the Public Benefit Option, each Main Applicant must make a minimum contribution of USD 250,000 to a unit of an Approved Public Benefit Project, payable to the relevant Approved Public Benefactor.
This state-of-the-art facility includes:
