An applicant applying for Grenada investment citizenship must fulfil the personal requirements established under the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013. The main applicant means that he or she must be at least eighteen years old, have no criminal record, be in good health, and be willing to make the required contribution. Children (biological or adopted) must not be above 30 years old and siblings also admitted with parents above 55 years of age.
The CBI department will not accept applications directly from investor applicants only through appointed agent. We will assign you a licensed agent free of charge.

- Medical Certificate (HIV test) – Required for all applicants 12 years and over; Must be within 3 months.
- Original or Certified copy of Marriage Certificate (if applicable)
- Original or Certified copy of Birth Certificate (if applicable)
- Original Police Clearance Certificate – Required for main applicant, spouse and all dependents 17 y/o and above;
- Original Bank Reference Letter (Not older than 6 months)
- Marriage / Divorce certificates
- Six passport-size photos
- Statement of Source of Funds (main applicant only) – Investment portfolio, share certificate, bank statement, property sale records, inheritance, gifts etc.
- Photograph and Signature Certificate
- Affidavit of support for Dependents
- Investment Confirmation / Escrow agreement
- Proof of payment of non refundable processing and due diligence fees
- Official transcripts of written confirmation from a recognized education center (dependents over 18). Must be submitted for every country in which the applicant has lived for 1 year or more in the preceding 10-year period of the filing of the application. Validity must be less than 6 months old.
Certification of Documents
The contact details and details of the certifying or witnessing person’s credentials must be submitted with the certification.
Certified True Copy –certified by a lawyer or notary public in the jurisdiction where the applicant is physically located (includes a legal consultant in the case of UAE). The original document in physical form must be presented to the certifier.
Affidavits – witnessed by a lawyer or notary public in the jurisdiction where the applicant is physically located (includes a legal consultant in UAE), or remotely by a Grenadian notary public.
Application Form 1 – witnessed by a lawyer or notary public in the jurisdiction where the applicant is physically located (includes a legal consultant in the case of UAE), or remotely by a Grenadian notary public.
Oath of Allegiance sworn before a Notary Public or Commissioner for Taking Oaths in the jurisdiction where the applicant is physically located, or remotely by a Grenadian notary public. Heads of Mission to be appointed as a Commissioner for Taking Oaths.
Payments
All CBI payments and related wires must be done in US dollars, will not be processed in Sterling and EURO currencies.
