The CIU Unit has said they have a fully implemented the new framework
- Significantly enhanced Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) protocols, aligning the Programme with the strictest international financial regulations;
- A robust framework for the revocation of citizenship and the retrieval of passports from any individual who is subsequently found to have engaged in illicit activities or becomes the subject of international sanctions.
