Yes, at the moment Ukraine nationals can apply for CBI programs, Due to the war many Ukraine nationals and family seek alternative citizenship to enhance their global mobility and safety.
All CBI programs, except St.Kitts and Nevis, accept nationals from Ukraine, because of unable to conduct due due diligence checks due to war. On 6 March 2024, Antigua and Barbuda cabinet has made a decision to accept Ukraine nationals.
