The Grenada property market has recovered significantly after Covid with rising tourism and demand for real estate. Grenada is super attractive to foreigners seeking second citizenship to avail the benefits of E-2 visa to US and enjoy a visa free travel to China.  Grenada requires a minimum investment of USD 150,000 (donation) and USD 220,000 (real estate) to be invested in Government approved hotels, villas or resorts yielding high returns in exchange for Grenadian passport. Grenada does not impose restrictions on any country nationals applying for CBI programme. They must keep the real estate for at least five (5) years following the grant of citizenship. The following chart highlights the costs and fees associated with this route.
