The Home office has refused 34 tier1 investor visa applications for the year 2018. The overall refusal rate stands at 8.5%. Each application refused brings £2 million investment funds into the UK by foreign investors.
Close to 400 investor applications received from rich foreign investors for 2018 and 378 have been granted entry clearance for 40 months.
